  • Andrew Huberman is a neuroscientist in the Department of Neurobiology at the Stanford University School of Medicine. He focuses on brain development, brain plasticity, and neural regeneration and repair.

  • Amazing podcast if you want to up your brain performance! For those short of time, I watched at 1.5x.
