5 Thought Friday
Improving your brain is today’s 5 Thought Friday focus. Check it out!
1. What I am currently reading, viewing or listening to:
Andrew Huberman is a neuroscientist in the Department of Neurobiology at the Stanford University School of Medicine. He focuses on brain development, brain plasticity, and neural regeneration and repair.
Amazing podcast if you want to up your brain performance! For those short of time, I watched at 1.5x.
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Grateful for a co-worker that reads my blog and helped me upgrade my email formatting. I am so appreciative for the time and effort he spent to assist me with my personal passion.
I hope you enjoy the upgraded look!
3. Wellness ideas to consider:
Spend 15 minutes to ask yourself 3 important questions about your desired Experiences, Growth and Contributions back to the planet. Trust me, this is a powerful tool to start or upgrade your goal setting.
Check out my prior blog on Visualized Experiences and how this methodology led to some amazing adventures.
4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying or whatever else is on my mind:
Improved circulation, relaxed muscles and reduced risk of foot / ankle injuries are just a few of the benefits.
Bought 5 on TaoBao and not sure why I bought so many. LOL!
5. Quote(s) I am Pondering:
“Lack of vision for your life will have you taking unintentional actions that don’t align with what you want. This is why crafting a Vivid Vision is critical work. Intentionality makes decisions easy and speeds up your rate of achieving what you want.” Vishen Lakhiani, The Buddha and the Badass (p. 69).
Set a vision for yourself starting with the 3 most important questions exercise from #3 above
Happy Friday!
