3 day, zero-calorie fast for me this week including 2 workouts on Day 2 and Day 3 - Completely rejuvenating.
1. What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:
I loved this article on so many levels and now re-thinking if I am under-shooting my vision of living to 110.
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Grateful to have the mental and physical strength to complete my 3 days fast, immediately followed by a 1 day fast (Sunday night to Wednesday night, followed by Wednesday night to Thursday night).
I had planned to go four straight days, but my body told me it was time to stop and eat Wednesday night…..and I listened.

3. Wellness ideas to consider:
A recent article on how to break and fast along with the benefits of fasting. The last item on the benefits list below is my major focus:
Improved mental focus
Prevention of dementia
Prevention of insulin resistance
Slowing down the aging process

A simple response but it resonates so deeply i.e. listen to your intuition and follow what works best for you as a unique individual!
