3 day, zero-calorie fast for me this week including 2 workouts on Day 2 and Day 3 - Completely rejuvenating.

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful to have the mental and physical strength to complete my 3 days fast, immediately followed by a 1 day fast (Sunday night to Wednesday night, followed by Wednesday night to Thursday night).

  • I had planned to go four straight days, but my body told me it was time to stop and eat Wednesday night…..and I listened.

  • My go-to guru/guide to fasting is Dr. Jason Fung’s Complete Guide to Fasting
