5 thoughts for the week

1.       What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:

  • Completed a 55-page “deep dive” life review questionnaire about myself, which I will assess together with a life coach. Ok, not the normal weekend for most of us…hahaha.

  • Here are a few sample questions I answered about myself:

    • Describe your ideal vacation/holiday

    • When growing up, how freely did your parents pay for your things? and when were you first responsible for your own finances?

    • What is your version of heaven and hell? Describe.

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful for vaccines coming!

3.       Wellness ideas to consider:

  • 5 Habits to Avoid first thing in the morning. These 3 totally resonates with me:

    • Don’t hit the snooze button

    • Avoid sugar and carbs

    • Get your mind right in the morning - meditate

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:

  • Crunch ‘N Munch popcorn, but not first thing in the morning (smile)! Treat yourself once in a while…and you gotta love the “0 Trans Fat” to make it seem healthy. It’s not!
