5 Thought Friday
Here are 5 Thoughts for the week! You may notice my blog is simplistic this week, which #2 below will quickly explain.
1. What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:
Christmas movies Klaus and Authur Christmas
I set all podcasts and self-improvement videos aside this week and went for several very enjoyable animated Christmas movies!
Watching something feel-good and mindless was well-needed!
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Grateful for all the families and friends sending love and virtual support during my journey to overcome Covid. While I am still testing positive, I do feel like I am on an upward swing!
3. Wellness ideas to consider:
Ginger and honey tea
I’ve been drinking lots of this combination to soothe the throat, which covid decimates
4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:
Planning a trip to Italy in May (Napoli and Amalfi Coast), so finally decided to start my Italian language-learning journey.

I thought this quote was aligned with how I feel navigating this bout with Covid.
