5 Thought Friday

Here are 5 Thoughts for the week! You may notice my blog is simplistic this week, which #2 below will quickly explain.

1.       What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:

  • Christmas movies Klaus and Authur Christmas

  • I set all podcasts and self-improvement videos aside this week and went for several very enjoyable animated Christmas movies!

  • Watching something feel-good and mindless was well-needed!

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful for all the families and friends sending love and virtual support during my journey to overcome Covid. While I am still testing positive, I do feel like I am on an upward swing!

3.       Wellness ideas to consider:

  • Ginger and honey tea

  • I’ve been drinking lots of this combination to soothe the throat, which covid decimates

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:

  • Rocket Italian language

  • Planning a trip to Italy in May (Napoli and Amalfi Coast), so finally decided to start my Italian language-learning journey.

  • I thought this quote was aligned with how I feel navigating this bout with Covid.
