2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful for 20+ amazing years together with my beautiful wife as we celebrated our wedding anniversary (virtually this year)!

3.       Wellness ideas to consider:

  • Cold Weather Walking

  • Walked in a T-shirt in the cold rain (13C/55F) to build up my energy and mental resilience. Check out all the benefits in the above article. Lift your mood, burn more calories, increase good “brown fat”, etc.

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:

  • Tylenol (borrowed not buying): Covid is finally making its way through China and Macau, so time to stock up and get ready for the wave! Unfortunately, I tried to stock up too late and it was all sold out, so I borrowed some from a friend.

  • I read this over and over > 10x. I cannot comprehend how powerful this concept is to create a happy, fulfilling life. Basically, it’s all inside you and within your control!!!
