Starting my Life Coach online Zoom training today (see #2 below)

1.       What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:

  • Masterclass: Irene and I started taking Masterclasses together on the weekend. These are really fun and informative. Some of the classes taken:

    • Gardening - Ron Finley; Negotiations - Scott Voss; Improving Sleep - Dr. Matthew Walker; Mexican Cooking - Gabriela Camara; Daniel Pink - Sales and Persuasion

  • The cost is US$ 180 per year but lots of offers out there for lower prices.

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Life Coach course: Grateful and really excited to not only learn more about myself but also share techniques with friends and co-workers. Full certification will take about 9 months to a year, but I am prepared for the journey!

3.       Wellness ideas to consider:

  • Focusing on making sure I stand up and stretch regularly during the day. My Apple Watch helps me monitor this.
