  • Grateful for consistently good sleep. Check out a quick video from Dr. Matthew Walker, my go-to sleep-guru! Try it at 1.5x or even 1.75x.

3.       Wellness ideas to consider:

  • SUGAR is the enemy! Caught this article on watching out for and reducing your sugar intake. Not sure I agree with the author about not all sugars being equal but will let you be the judge.

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:

  • Resistance bands; Still en-route but looking forward to finding more ways to exercise without impacting joints!
