5 Thought Friday
I plan to take 4 weeks away from the “5 Thought Friday” blog but want to share a few final thoughts for 2020:
1. What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:
Dan Harris on Tim Ferriss podcast: How to be 10% happier through mindfulness and releasing inner fear and anger (listened at 1.75x)
Tim Ferriss bonus recommendation: My Octopus Teacher on Netflix. I watched this documentary after Ferriss’ recommendation and totally loved it. DONT MISS IT!
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Reflecting on 2020, I realize how open, honest relationships with family, friends, and myself have made the year positive and memorable. For that, I am grateful!
3. Wellness ideas to consider:
Stability - Simply stated….Don’t Fall
Focusing on stability and balance improves longevity. If you want a purpose at the gym, then follow a few of the simple ideas in the article.
If you want a few advanced exercises, then check THESE out. I tried a few at the gym today and found them beneficial
4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:
Bought Christmas hats for the first time in 20 years and tried them out at our favorite Spanish restaurant with Chef Hector!
