Felt great to take a few weeks off from reading and writing to refresh my thinking. Here are 5 refreshed thoughts:

1.       What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:

  • Humans; Brandon Stanton

  • Stories with captivating photos of everyday humans across the globe, which will resonate with your shared experiences

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful that I continue to live in the present and look forward to a brighter future filled with new experiences.

  • Don't get me wrong. I still learn from my past and yes, occasionally kick myself for my mistakes along the way. However, I can quickly unwind those coulda woulda shoulda thoughts from my mind, for which I am also grateful.

3.       Wellness ideas to consider:

  • Cold weather is here with colder air on its way, so two choices: (i) fear the cold and layer on the clothes or (ii) embrace the cold for its amazing rejuvenating qualities
