1.       What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:

  • Lives of the Stoics; Ryan Holiday

  • Anytime I find a book on stoic thinking, I buy it. I just started reading, so I cannot give an opinion…but most likely I will love it.

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Irene and I are so grateful to finally be able to receive our first vaccine shot. Shot two is scheduled for next month.

3.       Wellness ideas to consider:

  • RISEUP method to getting up in the morning; Resist the snooze, Increase movement, Shower, Exposure to sunlight, Upbeat music, Phone a friend

  • I agree with most but have a few more tweaks like Meditation and Coffee

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:

  • I have been enjoying my band workouts, so decided to buy another type for diversification. I will let you know which works better.
