The Future Is Faster Than You Think; Peter Diamandis and Steven Kotler
I loved this book and Chapter 10, the Future of Longevity, is a must-read. This is the essence of why I believe I can live to be 110 and have a longer healthspan than ever thought possible.
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Grateful to see the light at the end of the tunnel as the world begins to see more normalcy. At least from my positive, rose-colored lens perspective!
3. Wellness ideas to consider:
Increase exercise and save money; a perfect article for an accountant!

4 out of 6 for me and occasionally 5 out of 6 when I take a glass or two of wine. But have not tried nut butter(s) yet!
