5 Thought Friday

Two full days of fasting this week and no food after 9 pm-ish, which has been phenomenal for my sleep. With that said, here are 5 Thoughts for the week:

1.       What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:

  • The Artist’s Way, Julia Cameron

  • This is more of a workbook vs. a book to improve one’s writing and artistic, creative ability. It is a 12-week program to develop your artistic skills.

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful to find resources such as James Clear, author of Atomic Habits, that help an individual find their inner creativity and growth mindset.
