It was Buddha’s birthday this week, so hoping all of you are feeling more clear-minded and enlightened. Here are 5 Thoughts!

  • Buddha’s birthday triggered me to reach out to many of my friends, family, and coaching clients. Grateful to find time for personal mindfulness and connecting with friends.

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:

  • Provitalize: Probiotics for gut health

  • The jury is still out on probiotics and their ability to improve one’s gut microbiome. Irene is going to experiment with these and test if there are any positive results.
