It was Buddha’s birthday this week, so hoping all of you are feeling more clear-minded and enlightened. Here are 5 Thoughts!
1. What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:
Max Lugavere: The Genius Life - Caught this new website on living your best mental and physical life. We are all unique but I think there are positive wellness takeaways for everyone.
HERE is a podcast with Crosby Tailor on improved energy and the gut microbiome. FYI - I watched at 1.5x.
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Buddha’s birthday triggered me to reach out to many of my friends, family, and coaching clients. Grateful to find time for personal mindfulness and connecting with friends.
3. Wellness ideas to consider:

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:
Provitalize: Probiotics for gut health
The jury is still out on probiotics and their ability to improve one’s gut microbiome. Irene is going to experiment with these and test if there are any positive results.
