1. What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:
Lifespan podcast about When/What to eat with Dr. David Sinclair. This is a MUST listen! Some simple messages:
Eat Less Often (including long periods of fasting)
Get proper nutrients
Eat Less Meat (chance of dying reduces the more pescatarian you eat)
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Grateful for all of the sharing coming from the Sleep Minder community. I am so appreciative of all the feedback to help me improve myself and the others in the community.
