1. What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:
We are each at a unique position on the below Nutrition and Movement wheels (courtesy Precision Nutrition).
I rate myself ~5 out of 10 for both and will try to elevate myself to level 6/7 by end of 2022 with more whole foods and movement.
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Grateful for Lulu, our pet French Bulldog, who has been an excellent positive influence on me. We are looking forward to another great year of playful fun and yak milk bones!
3. Wellness ideas to consider:
A picture says it all. But if not, roasted pumpkin, green beans, arugula, feta cheese, cucumber, avocado, quinoa, and tomatoes.
4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:
Jan 2, 2022, was my first gym visit of the year. Apparently, all of those new years resolutions did not kick in yet…as the gym was completely empty during my entire workout!

I needed a stoic thought this week after seeing all of the flight cancellations and shutdowns across the world. While it impacted the family directly, it simply is not under our control.
