“Writing Down the Bones” Natalie Goldberg
Working on improving my writing for work and SleepMindHeart.com, so picked up this classic. Recommended by Tim Ferriss, in a 20 minute podcast I watched (1.5x speed) this week on how he digests and takes action from reading books.
2. What is Trending in Technology, Science or Similar:
Researching new sleep tracking devices and considering a non-wearable (under mattress pad). This review recommends two market leaders in Withing/Nokia and Beauty Rest.
Prices are reasonable, so may try both and test them out.

Purchased a Mindvalley masterclass, which focuses on upgrading and accelerating the future vision of yourself.
My middle daughter and I will be taking the online class together over 6 weeks starting July 2.
