Happy Friday everyone!

1.       What I am currently reading, viewing or listening to:

  • Writing Down the Bones” Natalie Goldberg

  • Working on improving my writing for work and SleepMindHeart.com, so picked up this classic. Recommended by Tim Ferriss, in a 20 minute podcast I watched (1.5x speed) this week on how he digests and takes action from reading books.

2.       What is Trending in Technology, Science or Similar:

  • Researching new sleep tracking devices and considering a non-wearable (under mattress pad). This review recommends two market leaders in Withing/Nokia and Beauty Rest.

  • Prices are reasonable, so may try both and test them out.

3.       Wellness ideas to Consider:

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying or whatever else is on my mind:

  • Purchased a Mindvalley masterclass, which focuses on upgrading and accelerating the future vision of yourself.

  • My middle daughter and I will be taking the online class together over 6 weeks starting July 2.
