  • Both the book and company are focused on arming individuals with tools to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

2.       What is Trending in Technology, Science or Similar:

  • The future of currency is being tested in four Chinese cities with the blockchain based e-RMB. It is only a matter of time before paper currency is a fading memory, which I find fascinating. Check the story HERE!

3.       Wellness ideas to Consider:

  • Dare Greatly!

  • Tim Ferriss’ podcast with Dr. Brene’ Brown is captivating. In summary, Brene Brown focuses on how we must face reality and look internally to uncover what is important to living a fulfilling and happy life. Check the podcast HERE, which I watched at 1.75x.

  • Working on improving my writing, so I reached out to an industry friend and respected writer himself for advice. Receiving, digesting and utilizing constructive feedback without being defensive or fearful can be helpful in improving yourself.
