It’s Friday and happy to say, another week of positivity!!!
1. What I am currently reading, viewing or listening to:
“The Barefoot Investor”, Scott Pape
Australian born, Pape talks how he rebuilt his life from scratch after a bushfire destroyed all he owned. Quite an easy read on how to focus on what you can control, with the point of starting NOW.
NOTE: This book is really best for Australian citizens. It has good advice for everyone, but Aussie’s have the best chance to gain an advantage.
2. What is Trending in Technology, Science or Similar:
Blockchain Basics: Took an online course this past weekend to continue to maintain my CPA license.
Really amazing to see how the world is moving forward with blockchain from cryptocurrency to smart contracts to encrypted document signing. Also shows how Asia (China / Singapore) is significantly ahead of the rest of the world in developing blockchain solutions.
3. Wellness ideas to Consider:
I invested, yes invested, in Madonna’s Borderline on iTunes for US $1.29 to wake up more refreshed each day….Really!
I found THIS article on how you can be more energized in the morning if you wake up with a melodic tune vs. an alarm buzzer. So far so good for my first week’s trial!
4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying or whatever else is on my mind:
Lululemon athletic shirts and shorts.
I shall admit in public that I wear and love Lululemon athletic clothing. The fabric is comfortable, well fitting and worth the higher price for its quality! The family loves the product so much, we named our dog “Lulu”
