Tim Ferriss never ceases in providing positive, life shaping content. This interview with Hugh Jackman was amazing.

2. What is Trending in Technology, Science or Similar:
I love my Microsoft Surface 3, which I’ve been using for 5 years and it’s time for an upgrade. Check this article on Wired on the pros and cons of the latest Microsoft Surface family.

Gut biome studies continue to demonstrate how a healthy gut flora, through a highly plant based diet, improves our health and health span.

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying or whatever else is on my mind:
Taking stretching classes (6 weeks and counting) from a professional gymnast. My flexibility and posture were poor, so I sought professional help and it’s worth the investment.
