1.       What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:

  • Own The Day; Own Your Life; Aubry Marcus

  • Re-reading this book to help re-align my daily routine including hydration, movement, diet, digital detox, etc. to provide the extra lift in energy and mind clarity!

  • 4.6 stars on 1,800 reviews in Amazon, so must be engaging for others

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful for all the help my better half is receiving to settle into our new rental home. Much appreciated everyone!!!

3.       Wellness ideas to consider:

  • Aubry Marcus workout pyramid.

  • You will need to do some research, but HERE are the areas he recommends focusing on to Own The Day

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:

  • Absolute Organic Almond Butter spread (crunchy version)

  • Eaten in moderation, it provides protein with a healthy fat component…and it’s extremely low in sugar. As most of you who know me, I do believe sugar and refined carbs are the culprit in many of our world (personal) health issues
