5 Thought Friday

Kicked off the week with a 64-hour zero-calorie fast. I am planning my annual group fasting challenge for the week of November 20, which includes intermittent fasting, mimicked fasting, full-day fasts, or up to 3 days of fasting. I look forward to getting an energetic group of you up for the challenge!

  • Eat Smarter, Shawn Stevenson

  • Stevenson shows how to use the power of food to build your body, improve metabolism, upgrade your brain function, and ultimately transform your life! I am up for some of that!!!

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful for all the amazing support and team energy during my 30-hour virtual Zoom life coach training last weekend. Not only did I improve my life coaching skills but I also learned a lot about my inner self, which I am so grateful for!

  • I connected with the total life transformation journey of Shawn Stevenson. You can feel his energy and passion around food and how it impacts our minds and energy levels.

4. What I’m eating, drinking, buying, or whatever else is on my mind:

  • S. Pellegrino Sparkling Water

  • I use to drink 3 cases of diet coke every week and decided one day in 2015 to just stop completely. I have not had a soda since that day and the San Pellegrino helps me healthily stay that way. Cheers!!!

  • As ridiculous as this sounds, I had never thought of the reality of this quote but it really shocked me to think about it. Especially, when I consider all the sh*t I have put in my body over the years.
