1. What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:
Tim Ferriss with Dr. Chris Palmer on improving brain energy for mental health.
Lots of talk about the benefits of ketosis and a ketogenic diet. I listened at 1.5x and it was easy to follow.
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Grateful for the family getting together for Thanksgiving next week to celebrate “togetherness and community”!

I spent 3 years on a ketogenic diet and now fast regularly to get my body into high levels of ketosis to improve overall energy and health. I can attest this works for me in terms of energy and mind clarity!
