1.       What I am currently reading, viewing, or listening to:

  • Tim Ferriss with Dr. Chris Palmer on improving brain energy for mental health.

  • Lots of talk about the benefits of ketosis and a ketogenic diet. I listened at 1.5x and it was easy to follow.

2.       Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):

  • Grateful for the family getting together for Thanksgiving next week to celebrate “togetherness and community”!

  • Buying: “Energy Leadership Development System” for my coaching clients to help individuals gain a better understanding of the WHAT and the HOW to become better leaders and live a richer, fuller life.

  • I spent 3 years on a ketogenic diet and now fast regularly to get my body into high levels of ketosis to improve overall energy and health. I can attest this works for me in terms of energy and mind clarity!
