Lessons learned from spending 500 days in space! I loved the opening lesson about how to talk to individuals to make good decisions.
2. Gratitude Practice (for improved happiness):
Extra grateful to be invited to a wonderful thanksgiving dinner. I was always grateful, but this year is extra special since we have the ability to gather in large groups here in Macau vs. other less fortunate locations.
We never thought about these simple things we took for granted in prior thanksgiving get-togethers, but now my gratitude is running so high!
