Superlife; Darin Olien
The book is from 2015 but it had a 4.7 rating with over 9,500 reviews, so it must be good. See the quote in #5 below if you want to know what the book is all about!

Annual physical; I highly recommend everyone get an annual physical. I am all about making good decisions with data as you can see from my April 3 article; Healthier with Data
I was not happy with my initial body fat% reading, so I decided to get my first Dexa scan to learn more about my body composition. I will share the results when I receive the full report later this month.

Tim Ferriss Q&A podcast on “Exercise And Morning Routines, Holotropic Breathwork, and More”. I watched at 1.5x and here are a few go to sections if you have limited time
